What began as one bold idea has grown into a family of communities that set the standard for senior living and multifamily in St. Louis.
Phase 1 of The Gatesworth opens with 219 independent living apartments, quickly becoming St. Louis's premier senior living community.
Phase 1 of McKnight Place Extended Care brings skilled nursing and rehabilitation to the campus.
A second phase grows McKnight Place Extended Care's skilled-nursing and rehabilitation capacity.
The Gatesworth expands with a second phase of luxury independent living residences.
Phase 1 of assisted living opens, completing the continuum between independent living and skilled care.
Parc Provence opens, setting a new standard for specialized memory care in the region.
A third phase — the West Wing — adds a new wing of luxury independent living at The Gatesworth.
McKnight Place Assisted Living expands with a major addition.
